Delete Your Unplanned Account
If you would like to permanently delete your Unplanned account and associated personal data, follow these steps:
- Email us at unplannedapp@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete My Account.
- Include the email address associated with your Unplanned account.
Once we verify your request, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
Data deleted
- Account information
- Child profiles
- Daily check-ins
- Conversations
- AI history
- Any other personal data stored in the app
Data retained (if applicable)
Transaction/payment records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes for the period required by law.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
